The international audit, tax, and business consulting company "PwC" has become the newest tenant of the "Hero" business center, currently under construction in Vilnius’ central business district. According to the signed lease agreement, the company will move into nearly 1,400 sq. m of office space this fall.
When selecting a new office location, "PwC" followed clear criteria, ensuring the business center was strategically located for convenient access and met the highest standards of the working environment.
"A strategic location was one of the most important criteria in our decision-making process—we were looking for an office that would be easily accessible for both employees and clients. The "Hero" business center perfectly meets our criteria by providing a modern, comfortable, and welcoming work environment. When the workspace is designed with employees in mind, it enhances productivity, creativity, and collaboration while positively impacting daily well-being. We believe that this decision will be positively received not only by our clients and current team but also by the talents who will join "PwC" in the future," says Nerijus Nedzinskas, Managing Partner of "PwC" Lithuania and Head of the Tax and Legal Department.
Gintarė Žemaitė, Head of Commercial Real Estate Development at the "Hero" business center, emphasizes that negotiations with "PwC" were exceptional not only due to their clear vision but also their high standards.
"This was a thorough process because "PwC" knew exactly what they wanted and had global experience in evaluating office technical standards. This further confirms that "Hero" meets the highest international quality and sustainability standards," she says.
"PwC" will join other tenants of the "Hero" business center, including real estate developer "SIRIN Development," the "Noon" lunch restaurant, "Sapiegos Klinika," the early education school "Eureka," and the beauty salon "Leana."
The "Hero" business center, rising in Vilnius' central business district, is being developed following the highest sustainability and workplace standards. Interior finishing work is currently underway, with the building’s completion scheduled for this fall. The project aims to achieve "Breeam Excellent" and "WELL Gold" certifications, and the building will feature modern engineering systems and carefully considered architectural and design solutions to create a comfortable working environment.
The project "Hero" is being developed by the real estate company "Realco," which has over 18 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate development. The company has delivered more than 5,000 new homes and over 55,000 sq. m. of commercial space.
"PwC" is one of the world's largest audit, tax, and business consulting firms, with a network operating in 149 countries. In Lithuania, "PwC" has offices in Vilnius and Klaipėda, employing more than 200 professionals who provide businesses with tax, audit, and related services, business management and technology consulting, transaction advisory, and accounting services.
