After promising Q1 results and the envisaged realignment of the corporate strategy, Talkpools management has perceived interest from German speaking investors and thus decided to allow for trading on the most relevant marketplace – Frankfurt Stock Exchange. This decision will be flanked by signing agreements with Dr. Reuter Investor & Public Relations and Steubing AG based in Frankfurt for capital markets advisory. Talkpool expects increased demand and elevated liquidity in its stock.

No issue of new Talkpool shares is planned at this stage. The same ISIN number CH0322161768 as in Nasdaq First North Growth Market will be used on Deutsche Börse. Information about Talkpool will be distributed through leading channels in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
