Construction contract (Logistics Center of Pakendikeskus AS)AS Nordecon group company Nordecon Betoon OÜ (brand name NOBE) in co-operation with Eventus Ehitus OÜ entered into contract with Pakendikeskus AS for construction of a logistics center located at Suur-Sõjamäe str 37a, Soodevahe village, Rae parish. The building will have total space of 10 845,3 sqm and start of the construction works is planned for August 2020. The cost of the works is close to 5.3 million euros plus value added tax and the works will be completed by April 2021.
