Changes to representatives of AS Attīstības finanšu institūcija Altum shareholders

Inside information, 2024-08-14 15:56 CEST -- AS Attīstības finanšu institūcija Altum  (ALTUM) hereby announces that the office of the representative of the company’s Shareholders has been assumed by the State Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture Ģirts Krūmiņš, who was approved to the post of the State Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture by the Cabinet of Ministers as of 13 August 2024.

The current representative of the Shareholder of ALTUM, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture Raivis Kronbergs commence as Director of State Chancellery

Baiba Bāne - the State Secretary of the Ministry of Finance and Edmunds Valantis - the State Secretary of the Ministry of Economics continue to represent ALTUM Shareholders.
