ELMO Rent AS new member of the Management Board
ELMO Rent AS informs about the change in the Management Board membership. ELMO Rent AS Supervisory Board has elected Enn Laansoo Jr to be the new member of the Management Board. The authority of the new member of the Management Board took effect and will be valid for three years from 01.07.2022. ELMO Rent AS Management Board will continue with two members.
Enn Laansoo, Jr., the major shareholder of the company and a new member of the board, will also assume the role of CEO.
