The court dismissed the lawsuit filed by City Foxes Invest OÜ against ELMO Rent AS regarding the early repayment of the loan
Elmo Rent AS informs that the Harju County Court rejected the claim by City Foxes Invest OÜ for the early repayment of the loan amount of 8751.14 euros and legal costs of 1035 euros. The decision awarded procedural costs of 6429.3 euros to ELMO Rent AS against City Foxes Invest OÜ.
An appeal can be filed against the court's decision to the Tallinn Circuit Court within 30 days from the delivery of the decision to the appellant, but not later than five months from the public announcement of the first-instance court's decision.
