Mainor Ülemiste AS announces that it has decided to redeem early the previously issued bonds (ISIN: EE3300003136). The early redemption will be carried out in accordance with clause 9.8 of the bond terms, which allows for full or partial redemption on an interest payment date, provided that investors are notified at least 30 days in advance. The redemption date shall be 10 March 2026, and the list of bondholders shall be fixed as of the end of the business day on 9 March 2026.
All 121,060 bonds will be redeemed early. The nominal value of one bond is EUR 100, making the total nominal value of the transaction is EUR 12,106,000. Bondholders will be paid the nominal value of the bonds, accrued and unpaid interest calculated up to the redemption date, and an early redemption premium in accordance with the bond terms.
Major bondholders will be offered the opportunity to convert the bonds being redeemed into a new issuance, which will be carried out as a private placement in accordance with the stock exchange announcement published on 12 January (https://view.news.eu.nasdaq.com/view?id=b72da7f962d62befdcd7ab6d587166cb3&lang=en&src=listed).
