AS Mainor Ülemiste’s wholly owned subsidiary, Öpiku Majad OÜ, is set to develop a third Health Center in Ülemiste City by the first half of 2027, making it the largest privately funded medical campus in the Baltics. The anchor tenant will be Pihlakodu, a leading provider of modern elderly care services.
The new 7,700 m² Health Centre will bring together various healthcare services, including general practitioners, fertility treatment, an eye clinic, physiotherapy, and dental care. Pihlakodu will start offering elderly care services integrated with medical and rehabilitation treatments, promoting an innovative community-based care model.
The project aims to strategically expand Ülemiste City’s medical district to provide high-quality healthcare services and modern care facilities. The investment in the new building amounts to €18 million. The construction tender will be announced in April 2025 and will run until mid-July.
