AS Bercman Technologies invites to join a webinar about tertiary public offering of its shares
Estonian deep-tech company Bercman Technologies invites all interested parties to a webinar on Thursday 6 October at 14:00-15:00.
During the seminar, which will take place on the Zoom platform, Mart Suurkask, Chairman of the Management Board, Jaan Hendrik Murumets, Member of the Management Board, and Kuldar Leis, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Bercman, will present the company's plans and objectives for the coming years, as well as the terms and conditions of the public offering.
The webinar will be held in Estonian and prior registration is required. Questions can be submitted in advance by email to info@bercman.com

The tertiary public offering of Bercman shares will take place from 04.10.2022 10:00 until 14.10.2022 16:00.
