The price per share in the public offering will be EUR 1.52. Through the IPO, AS DelfinGroup plans to raise EUR 12.76 million in new capital. All the capital raised will be used to drive the company’s future growth, as well as to reduce its financing costs. The current AS DelfinGroup shareholders will not sell any of their shares during the IPO process.

According to the Financial and Captial Market Commision (FCMC) approved IPO prospectus AS DelfinGroup will make its initial public offering (IPO) from 28 September to 11 October (including). Therefore, given the IPO price per share of EUR 1.52, retail investors in the Baltic States will be given the chance to receive a guaranteed allocation of shares worth at least EUR 760 (offer valid within the scope of the share issue).
