AS Linda Nektar (the Company) informs the shareholders of the Company that on 25 March 2025 Kuldar Leis, member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, notified the Management Board of the Company and the Supervisory Board of the Company about his resignation from the Supervisory Board of the Company in connection with taking office as the Minister of Infrastructure of the Republic of Estonia.

Kuldar Leis' resignation will be submitted to the next general meeting of shareholders of the Company for information.

The Company thanks Kuldar Leis for his contribution to the development of AS Linda Nektar as a member of the Supervisory Board and wishes him success in his new responsible position.

Following Kuldar Leis' resignation, the Supervisory Board of the Company will continue with 3 members: Ernst Erik Hagström (chairman of the Supervisory Board), Margit Pill (member of the Supervisory Board) and Mats Arne Andersson (member of the Supervisory Board).
