Member of the Board of Directors Christian F. Jakobsen has bought shares in Movinn.

Movinn A/S has received notication pursuant to article 19 of regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 (the market abuse regulation) of the below transactions related to shares in Movinn A/S made by member of the Board of Directors, Christian F. Jakobsen, who has bought shares in Movinn A/S.
The transaction has been notified to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet).
