In 2024, the Latvian company CrossChem achieved unaudited revenues of EUR 21.34 million, despite market challenges and fluctuations in demand within the chemical goods sector. The Company actively invested in the development and launch of new products while also expanding its production capacity across several European countries.
Throughout the year, CrossChem successfully implemented four new production facility projects in Sweden, Poland, the Czech Republic and Moldova, strengthening its presence in international markets and diversifying its sales channels.
Despite external factors, such as trade restrictions in Europe, the Company’s equity capital reached EUR 5.19 million, demonstrating its stability and growth potential. Additionally, total assets increased by 9% in 2024, reaching EUR 16.35 million.
Innovation and sustainable development remained at the core of CrossChem’s strategy, ensuring competitiveness and efficiency improvements. The Company continued to invest in production modernisation and automation. Looking ahead to 2025, CrossChem plans to develop infrastructure for chemical product circulation, expand its product portfolio and service offerings, enter new markets, and increase sales volumes.
The Company’s strategic goal for 2025 is to achieve revenues of EUR 25-30 million while maintaining an EBITDA margin in the range of 6-7%. CrossChem’s Chairman of the Board, Richard Anderson, emphasizes: “We continue to grow the Company with a strong focus on innovation and sustainable development. Modernising our production processes and strengthening our team remain our priorities to ensure competitiveness both in local and international markets.”
