The Board of Directors of Wallenius Wilhelmsen has decided to distribute an extraordinary dividend of USD 0.24 per share in addition to an ordinary dividend of USD 0.37 per share. The Ex-date is August 26, 2026. NASDAQ Derivatives Markets will carry out a re-calculation of options, regular and gross return forwards/futures in Wallenius Wilhelmsen (WAWI).
