Corporate Action - the nominal value change
With this AS “PATA Saldus” informs that amendments in the Articles of Association approved by the extraordinary shareholders meeting on December 3, 2018, which stipulates that, the nominal value of the shares are changed from EUR 1.40 to EUR 0.70. The new Articles of Association has been registered within Commercial registry on December 18, 2018.
Taking into account that in accordance to the new Articles of Association the nominal value of shares are set to EUR 0.70, number of company’s issued shares will be increase two times. The Record date for these changes is set to January 28, 2019, which means that for all shareholders who will own company’s shares on January 28, 2019 end of day, on the following day of January 29, 2019 the number of shares owned will be doubled.
