The Shareholders' Meeting of Latvenergo AS will be held

Riga, 2025-01-10 10:13 CET -- Latvenergo AS informs that on 16 January 2025 at 13.00 at the premises of Latvenergo AS at Pulkveža Brieža Street 12, Riga, the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Latvenergo AS has been convened to consider the issue of making amendments to the Articles of Association of AS Latvenergo.
