Changes in the Supervisory Board of Mainor Ülemiste AS
The shareholders of Mainor Ülemiste AS have decided to make changes to the company's Supervisory Board. As of 18.09.2024, the following members have been registered in the Business Register: Chairman of the Supervisory Board Guido Pärnits, and Supervisory Board members Kadi Pärnits, Kristo Siig, Aare Paloots, Andrus Kaldalu, Ivar Vendelin, and Paul Priit Lukka.
Mainor Ülemiste AS is a subsidiary of Mainor AS, whose main activity is developing Ülemiste City, the largest business district in the Baltic States. On the 30 hectares of the campus, 167,000 square meters of leasable office space has been built. Ülemiste City is home to nearly 500 companies and provides a work, study, and living environment for 17,000 people.
