The subsidiary of J. Molner AS The J. Molner Company OÜ was granted an additional loan

Tallinn, 2024-01-10 10:30 CET -- On September 20, 2022, the subsidiary of J. Molner AS The J. Molner Company OÜ entered into a subordinated loan agreement with no specific repayment term. January 09, 2024, the parties entered into an annex of the agreement under which to lender granted The J. Molner Company OÜ additional loan in the amount up to 2,750,000 USD. The interest rate applicable in respect of the additional amount is 7% per year. The Company intends to use amounts from the loan to facilitate its product launches in North America in 2024.
