Voting results of the noteholders on amendments to the Terms of the Notes Issue (ISIN: LV0000880029)
AS “mogo” hereby informs that as a result of the voting the noteholders have accepted the amendments to the terms of the notes issue of AS “mogo” (ISIN: LV0000880029) dated 27 November 2017, and the amendments to the terms of the notes issue have entered into force on the date of publication of this announcement.
Announcement of voting results of the noteholders and approved amendments to the terms of the notes issue are attached hereto.
