Nasdaq Vilnius decided to suspend trading in Panevėžio statybos trestas AB shares (PTR1L, ISIN code LT0000101446) on 29-04-2020 until the announcement of material information and in Kauno energija AB shares (KNR1L, ISIN code LT0000123010) on 30-04-2020 until the announcement of material information.
The trading will be suspended on the request of the issuers due to general meetings of shareholders.
Notice on trading resumption will follow after the announcement of the material information.
