Dividend payment ex-date of AS Linda Nektar

AS Linda Nektar (trading code LINDA, ISIN code EE3100060344) informs that according to the resolutions of the General Meeting, dated 25.04.2024, the list of shareholders entitled to dividends under the second part of dividend distribution, shall be fixed on 20^th November 2024, as at the end of the working day of Nasdaq CSD Estonian Settlement System. Therefore, the dividend payment ex-date is on 19^th November 2024. From that date the new owner of the shares is not entitled to dividends that will be payable on 5^th December 2024.

AS Linda Nektar will pay dividends to the shareholders in the amount of 0.04 euro per share on 5^th December 2024.
