Employee stock option contracts concluded

Kaunas, 2023-10-01 08:30 CEST -- AB „East West Agro“, company code 300588407, address Tikslo g. 10, Kumpių vil., Domeikavos mun., Kaunas region, Lithuania.  

On 01 October 2023 AB „East West Agro“ concluded option contracts with employees of AB „East West Agro“ regarding 16600 ordinary registered shares of AB „East West Agro“. In 2026, 2027 and 2028, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the option contracts employees will acquire a right to acquire the above indicated amount of shares of AB „East West Agro“ with the nominal value of EUR 1 per share, by paying the price of EUR 0 per share.
