Nasdaq Stockholm Welcomes Acrinova to the Main Market
Stockholm, December 16, 2022 – Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) announces that trading in the shares of Acrinova (ticker name ACRI B) commences today on the Nasdaq Stockholm Main Market. The company belongs to the real estate sector and is the 73rd company to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq’s Nordic markets* in 2022. Acrinova has been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm First North since 2019 and is the 10th company to transfer from First North to the Main Market in Stockholm in 2022.
Acrinova is a real estate company that focuses on development and management of properties. The company has a portfolio of around 40 properties in the Öresund Region and has unique capabilities in managing a wide variety of properties. Their portfolio includes commercial premises, logistics properties, housing, and commercial properties, with a total value of SEK 1.8 Bn. The company aims to reach a total property value of SEK 4 Bn by 2025. Acrinova is also particularly active in new construction.
