Punktid Technologies AS hereby informs that due to a change in its accounting service provider, it will not be possible to submit the unaudited interim report for the second half of 2024 by the previously planned deadline. The transition period with the new accounting service provider requires additional time for the coordination and harmonization of accounting documents. Therefore, the submission of the report is postponed, and we plan to publish it by April 30, 2025, at the latest.

The Management Board of Punktid Technologies AS confirms that all necessary steps are being taken to ensure the high-quality completion of the report, and any relevant additional information will be disclosed in separate announcements if necessary.
