Due to delay in presenting annual financial statements of UAB Legal Balance
We hereby inform you that due to objective circumstances UAB Legal Balance will not be able to present the audited financial statements for 2022 on time, as the expected date of submission of the audit report is 26th of June, 2023. We note that the contract with the external audit company was signed back in 2021, at that time the deadline for submitting the audit report was 31st of May, 2023, which was moved to 26th of June, 2023, due to the decision to consolidate financial statements.
We inform you that UAB Legal Balance will present the audited financial statements for 2022 no later than 26th of June 2023.
