ELMO Rent plans new public offering of shares
Elmo Rent AS announces a plan to arrange next public offering of its shares in the end of 2021 and/or beginning of 2022.
The issuer is planing an offering to Estonian retail investors in the amount not requiring drafting and publishing of a public offering prospectus. The details of the offering, including the exact subscription period, the price of a share and conditions for subscribing will be disclosed upon publishing an offering document. In order to increase the share capital a resolution by the shareholders is required, the issuer intends to publish a notice of a special general meeting or for adoption of a resolution without calling a general meeting in the coming days.
This announcement is not to be construed as an offer or an invite to acquire shares. The public offering of the shares shall not be carried out in any other jurisdiction than Estonia.
