AS Hestio’s management board has been enlarged to four members for the purposes of strengthening its overall capacity. Toms Bergs has previously held senior roles at the subsidiary company SIA Auron Coffee Roastery and is also presently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of AS Hestio. “Having now worked within the Group’s entities for over 2 years this is a natural progression for the purposes of a more efficient pursuit of growth and overall corporate development” said Toms Bergs, COO of AS Hestio.

The new composition of the board of AS Hestio is as follows: chairman of the board - Ivars Muzikants, members of the board - Reinis Tutāns, Gustavs Dreimanis and Toms Bergs.

Toms Bergs has extensive experience totalling over 19 years in various roles at a number of international companies including Tele2 and Radisson Blu and studied at Riga Technical University .

The respective changes are registered in the Commercial Register of Latvia.
