Approvement of the Implementation Plan of the Legal Protection Procedure

Liepaja, 2013-09-10 13:07 CEST -- Today 10.09.2013 Liepaja Court has approved the Implementation Plan of the Legal Protection Procedure (LPP) that defines the resumption of operations of Joint Stock Company “Liepajas metalurgs”.

Haralds Velmers will perform the administrator responsibilities during the Legal Protection Procedure.

Joint Stock Company “Liepajas metalurgs” will begin the implementation of the LPP plan, which defines the company’s activities during the subsequent two years. Information on the precise time of resumption of the company’s operations will be provided later.
