The iCotton Group concluded the first nine months of 2025 with a consolidated turnover of EUR 47.49 million and an EBITDA of EUR 6.81 million.
The results for the period from 01.01.2025 to 30.09.2025 demonstrate a consistent growth tendency across core and export segments showing revenue increase by 7.3% compared to the first 9 months of 2024. These results reflect the Group's strategic focus on stable demand and strengthened market activity.
The Group continues to emphasize high profit margins, as evidenced by the significant increase in gross profit from 27.5% in 9M 2024 to 32.8% in 9M 2025. This solid profitability growth reflects improved operational efficiency, stronger overall cost structure and benefits from an optimized product portfolio.
Key strategic initiatives include enriching the baby care portfolio under the Cleanic and Kindii brands, offering solutions focused on natural gentle care. The launch of bottled liquid soap production marks a step forward in product expansion and reinforces the company’s competitive position.
The Group focuses on maintaining its position in key markets, supplementing home markets with 55% of turnover generated from the EU and other export markets. Strong growth in other categories contributed to overall portfolio growth and diversification.
Both manufacturing facilities in Liepāja/Latvia, and Warsaw/Poland, continue to support the Group's turnover by utilizing improved production efficiency. The Group remains focused on sustaining this positive development through continuous innovation and operational excellence.
