These awards recognize the outstanding efforts of Nasdaq Baltic-listed companies and their vital contributions to the growth and development of both the Baltic and local capital markets.

The winners of the pan-Baltic categories, along with the 2nd and 3rd place winners of the Investor of the Year category, have traditionally received an invitation to ring the bell at the Nasdaq MarketSite in New York later this year.
About the Nasdaq Baltic Awards
The evaluation methodology for the Nasdaq Baltic Awards was developed by an independent international assessment committee and the Baltic exchanges. It includes an assessment of securities trading, public disclosures, and surveys of professional market analysts and journalists. Both local and international experts in corporate governance and investor relations conduct assessment of listed companies and stock exchange members. The committee is chaired by corporate governance expert Geoffrey Mazullo. For the 2025 edition of the Awards, the evaluation covers reports published by listed companies from January 2023 to June 2024.
