Kaunas, 2021-05-10 08:55 CEST -- On 2021 April 28 - May 07 an auction for purchase of own shares took place in Nasdaq Vilnius official Tender offer market. Here are the results:

• Number of shares purchased 5254;
• Total amount of purchase 63 048,00 EUR.

Purpose of purchase: granting shares to the employees, share liquidity providing.
