2022 half-year Consolidated Financial Results of UAB Modus Grupė Vilnius, Lietuva, 2022-09-29 11:53 CEST --
UAB Modus Grupė, UAB (the Company), is a private limited liability company owned by its controlling company MG NL holding B.V. The Company's business is management consultancy activities. The main activities of the group of companies controlled by the Company include automotive sales, mobility solutions, and investment management.
During the first half of 2022 consolidated sales revenue of Company amounted to 191.066 thousand EUR and was lower by 25% than during the same period of 2021 (254.739 thousand EUR).
In the first half of 2022 EBITDA amounted to 19.448 thousand EUR, up by 46,27% as compared to 2021 (13.296 thousand EUR). EBITDA consists of 19.448 thousand EUR from operating activity of group companies (compared to 12.818 thousand EUR in the first half of 2021). No income from other transactions was generated in the first half of 2022 (compared to 478 thousand EUR in the first half of 2021).
Consolidated profit before tax for the first half of 2022 amounted to EUR 16.355 thousand and increased by 50.03% compared to 2021 in the previous reporting period (10.901 thousand EUR). In the first half of 2022, the net profit was 14.713 thousand EUR (in the first half of 2021 – 9.887 thousand EUR).
