Changes in AS "mogo" Council and Audit Committee
AS "mogo" informs, that as of September 5, 2018, the composition of its council has been changed. Modestas Sudnius has been elected as the Chairman of the Council, Dārta Keršule as the Deputy Chairman of the Council and Kārlis Bērziņš as the Member of the Council.
Modestas Sudnius is a graduate of Stockholm School of Economics and having a bachelor’s degree from leading Lithuanian university, as well as has been the Country Manager in Mogo Lithuania since 2013. From January 2018, Modestas is the Regional Manager of Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Georgia. Modestas has several years of experience in financial assurance and project management in companies such as Ernst & Young and EPS LT.
Dārta Keršule holds a master’s degree (MBA) from Riga Business School. Since July 2018 she is the Chief Financial Officer of Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Georgia regions. Before joining Mogo, Dārta led finance department in Balta - the largest non-life insurance company in Latvia and before that gained experience in audit department at Ernst & Young.
Karlis Bērziņš has a bachelor’s degree in E-commerce from RSEBAA. Since February 2018, Karlis works as a Chief Information Officer in the Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Georgia region. He has previous work experience as IT Manager in joint venture RB Rail – company responsible for international project Rail Baltica implementation coordination, and, before that, Karlis has worked as Head of IT division and Baltic Management Team member in insurance company Gjensidige Baltic.
By September 12, 2018, a new Audit Committee has been elected AS “mogo”. Dārta Keršule, Ilze Vavenko and Rainers Vilāns were elected members of the Audit Committee.
