SIA “Marijas 2” has successfully issued a new tranche of bonds
SIA “Marijas 2” has successfully organised the first tranche under the new Program for the offerings of Bonds in the total amount of up to EUR 50 000 000 with ISIN code LV0000803179. Over 300 retail investors from the Baltic states have decided to exchange 26 843 existing bonds for the new ones and over 40 investors have purchased 15 932 new bonds with a quarterly coupon payment of 10% p.a. and nominal value EUR 1 000 reaching the aggregate nominal value of EUR 42 775 000. Issued bonds will be listed on the alternative market First North Baltic operated by AS Nasdaq Riga within six months.
The maturity of the new bonds is on May 30th, 2025. Proceeds from this tranche were used to fully refinance obligations arising from the bonds with ISIN code LV0000802551 and will be used to continue financing fit out works of Novira Plaza office and retail premises. The bonds will be secured with a first rank mortgage on the A-class office Novira Plaza located on Marijas 2 and Marijas 2A in central Riga and pledge over escrow account to provide investors with an additional level of comfort with their investment.
Financial advisor of the bond issue was Evernord UAB FMĮ, legal advice was provided by TGS Baltic ZAB SIA, issuing agent and escrow account agent is Šiaulių bankas AB. ZAB VILGERTS SIA is acting as the collateral agent.

SIA “Marijas 2” was established in December 2020. SIA “Marijas 2” owns a modern A-class office building Novira Plaza in central Riga located at Marijas 2 and Marijas 2A.
