On November 28, 2025, the Management Board of Nasdaq Tallinn decided to approve the listing application of EfTEN Real Estate Fund AS and to list its 84,506 additionally issued shares on Baltic Main List.
The aforementioned shares of EfTEN Real Estate Fund AS will be listed on December 2, 2025 or on a date close to it.
Thus, altogether 11,524,846 shares of EfTEN Real Estate Fund (ISIN: EE3100127242) will be traded under the trading code EFT1T on or about December 2, 2025.
