On publishing of the financial reports

The Company hereby declares that unfortunately the reasons indicated in announcements of April 30^th, 2024, and June 12^th, 2024, for which an audited financial report of 2023 is not yet published, still exists.

The existing accounting employees of the Company, in cooperation with auditors, take all measures to complete the audit of the Company’s financial report of 2023.

The Company intends till August 31^st, 2024, to publish an audited financial report of 2023.
