The Company hereby declares that unfortunately the reasons indicated in announcements of April 30th, 2024, and June 12th, 2024, for which an audited financial report of 2023 is not yet published, still exists.
The existing accounting employees of the Company, in cooperation with auditors, take all measures to complete the audit of the Company’s financial report of 2023.
The Company intends till August 31st, 2024, to publish an audited financial report of 2023.
