About transactions with IPAS “Indexo” shares in accordance with the requirements of Regulation 596/2014
On 9th of May 2024, IPAS “Indexo” received notifications regarding transactions with shares of IPAS "Indexo" from persons discharging managerial responsibilities.
On 9th of May 2024, Ieva Bauma, Līga Katrīna Kļaviņa, Vladimirs Bolbats, Gints Ozoliņš, who are members of the Management Board of the INDEXO Group’s companies, and Artūrs Roze, member of the Investment committee of IPAS "Indexo”, have exercised their IPAS "Indexo" share options, that have been issued in accordance with the terms of the 2021 and 2022 Staff Option Programs.
On May 10, 2024, IPAS "Indexo" has received the corrected notifications from May 9, 2024 regarding transactions with IPAS "Indexo" shares from Vladimirs Bolbats and Gints Ozoliņš.
After the increase of IPAS "Indexo" share capital, the newly issued shares of IPAS "Indexo" will be owned by the mentioned persons, however, depending on the Staff Option Program, said shares will be subject to different vesting rules and restrictions.
