Vizii Urban acquires shares in Tranzīts L
Urban environment maintenance company Vizii Urban, part of AS CleanR Grupa, is planning to develop operations in the regions by acquiring 49% of shares in SIA Tranzīts L, says Vizii Urban Management Board Chairman Valdis Purvinskis.
The investment will contribute to regional growth and transfer of Vizii Urban’s competences, improving quality of services in the regions.
“This investment will improve provision of services in the regions and promote sustainable development through synergy with Vizii Urban’s expertise in urban environment maintenance,” Purvinskis explains.
SIA Tranzīts L currently provides a wide range of services, including cleaning and maintenance of areas and environmental improvement services, and the acquisition of the company will help Vizii Urban strengthen its competitiveness in the regions. The amount of the deal is undisclosed.
The transaction is expected to not only strengthen the quality of Transit L’s current services, but also enable introduction of new technological solutions. It will also include investments in regional infrastructure, contributing to a greener and more efficient management of resources.
