Punktid Technologies AS announces that it has entered into an agreement with the auditor company Number RT OÜ (registry code 10213553) to audit the 2023, 2024 and 2025 financial year reports.  

Regarding the 2023 financial year report, the auditor will present his conclusion no later than 30.11.2024.  

Since the decision of the shareholders is also necessary for the election of the auditor, upon completion of the auditor's report, Punktid Technologies AS plans to organize an unconvened general meeting of the shareholders for the adoption of the corresponding decision, in which the approval of the audited annual report will also be put to a vote. A separate stock exchange announcement is published in these parts.
