Over the past year, CrossChem successfully implemented four new production facility projects in Sweden, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Moldova, expanding its operations and diversifying its sales channels. These investments have helped the Company strengthen partnerships across various countries and improve production efficiency.

Despite challenges posed by trade restrictions in Europe, the Company’s equity grew to EUR 5.19 million, demonstrating financial stability and the capacity for continued development. Total assets increased by 9% in 2024, reaching EUR 16.35 million, underscoring the Company’s long-term growth potential.

The independent auditor’s report provides transparent information for investors and partners, reaffirming CrossChem as a forward-thinking company with a strong vision for the future. The strategic goal for 2025 is to achieve revenue of EUR 25–30 million, maintaining an EBITDA margin of 6–7%. The Company plans to enhance chemical product circulation infrastructure, diversify its product range, and develop new services, increasing sales volumes.
