According to the decision made by the Listing and Surveillance Committee of Nasdaq Tallinn on December 11, 2025, a total of 12,000 bonds of Volta SKAI OÜ, each with a nominal value of EUR 1000 (Volta SKAI secured bond 25-2027, ISIN code: EE0000002475) will be admitted to trading on Baltic First North Bond List after the conditions set by the Committee are met.
The aforementioned conditions have been met as of December 19, 2025. Proceeding from the above and according to the results of the offering, a total of 12,000 Volta SKAI OÜ bonds will be admitted to trading on the Baltic First North Bond List as of December 22, 2025.
