UAB Modus Grupė intends to launch a new public bond issue in the second half of November 2023. These funds will be used to refinance the EUR 8 million bond issue launched 3 years ago. 

This will be the third public bond issue together with AB Šiaulių bankas. The first bond issue of EUR 5 million of UAB Modus Grupė was launched in 2017, and the second bond issue of EUR 8 million was launched in 2020. 

Modus Grupė UAB's core business consists of four lines of business: mobility services (CityBee, MyBee, Mobility Fleet Solutions), automotive business (16 well-known brands, including Porsche, Bentley, CUPRA, Maserati, etc.), investment fund management (Modus Asset Management), and real estate (Unimodus, which operates the ibis Styles Hotel). 

UAB Modus Grupė is directly controlled by MG NL Holding B.V., which also manages the renewable energy business and is active in 12 markets.
