Real estate development company "Realco" announces the new tenants of "Hero" business centre. The already announced early childhood education school "Eureka" and restaurant "NooN" are joined by "Sirin Development", one of the largest logistics real estate developers in the Baltics, "Sapiega Clinic", a leader in dermatology and aesthetic medicine, and beauty salon "Leana". These three companies will occupy a total area of almost 1,500 sq. m.
"Hero" business centre has now reached an important milestone, with both 14 and 15-storey towers completed, and interior finishing work is well underway. In total, more than 50 million Euro has already been invested in the project and the total investment will reach 112 million Euro. The opening of the "Hero" business centre is scheduled for the fall of 2025. Upon completion, the centre will offer approximately 31,600 sq. m. of leasable space.
According to Gintarė Žemaitė, Head of Commercial Property Development at "Realco", the new tenants complement the "Hero" community with their unique values and activities. "We are pleased that innovative and industry-leading companies such as "Sirin Development", "Sapiegos klinika", and "Leana" are joining the business centre concept we are developing. Their involvement strengthens not only our tenant community but also the overall attractiveness of the project in the market," says G. Žemaitė.
One of the new tenants, "Sirin Development", will occupy 900 sq. m. of "Hero" space. This leader in logistics real estate in the Baltics values the sustainability of the business centre and modern workspaces. Laurynas Kuzavas, the company's CEO, emphasizes that the choice was based on the strategic location and the sustainable working environment, which contributes to the productivity and well-being of the company's team.
Meanwhile, "Sapiegos klinika" will open its third clinic in Vilnius on the first floor of the "Hero" business centre, occupying 350 sq. m. The clinic will be distinguished by its state-of-the-art dermatology equipment, including a 3D whole-body scanning system for identifying melanoma risk. The choice of "Hero" was influenced by the centre's concept, which reflects a modern and innovative approach to health. "We were looking for a location that aligned with our vision, and we found it in "Hero" business centre" - says Kristina Budnikienė, the CEO of "Sapiegos klinika".
The beauty salon “Leana” will complement the business centre's range of services, offering high quality services to visitors and employees who work there.
The "Hero" business centre stands out due to its innovative sustainability features. The project will be one of the few in the Baltic States to be "BREEAM Excellent" and "WELL Gold" compliant. The latter has not been implemented in the region before, and "Hero" is expected to be the first holder of this certificate.
