Invego Group OÜ announces that the preparation and audit of its consolidated IFRS annual report for the 2025 financial year is taking longer than originally anticipated. Accordingly, the Company will publish the annual report no later than 30 September 2026, as committed to investors in the documentation relating to the Company's public bond offering.
The Company's day-to-day business operations continue as usual, and the postponement of the annual report publication is not related to any changes in the Group's operating performance or financial position.
