AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” (Company) hereby declares that it has prevented the reasons indicated in announcements of April 30th, 2024, June 12th, 2024, July 23rd, 2024, August 30th, 2024, October 04th, 2024, January 16th, 2025, February 28th, 2025, April 03rd, 2025, April 30th, 2025, July 11th, 2025, September 29th, 2025, November 27th, 2025, January 20th, 2026, March 06th, 2026, and May 07th, 2026, for which the audited financial report of 2023 is not published, but the audit of the financial report has not yet been completed due to other circumstances.
The Company has provided auditors with complete information on the financial reports of 2023, but due to reason that auditors are busy auditing the financial reports of 2025 of other of their customers and auditors currently have limited resources to complete the audit of the Company’s financial report of 2023, furthermore, the auditors are not ready yet to provide information on the planned completion of the audit, it is possible that the audit of the Company’s financial report of 2023 would be completed by the end of August 2026, whereas accordingly the Company could publish the audited financial report of 2023 by August 28th, 2026 latest.
The Company also informs that immediately after preparing the audited financial report of 2023, for the purposes of providing financial information to investors, the Company will publish an unaudited financial report of 2024 and financial report of 2025, later specifying the timing of publication of audited reports.
