NOTICE OF THE AMENDMENT OF THE FINAL TERMS FOR TRANCHE 5 OF UAB SOSTINĖS BOKŠTAI DUE TO OVER SUBSCRIPTION

UAB Sostinės bokštai, legal entity code 304849153, registered office at Ozo st. 12A-1, 08200 Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter - the Issuer).

The Issuer notifies that The Final Terms for Tranche 5 of UAB Sostinės bokštai notes issue, as authorised by the resolution of the shareholders of the Issuer, dated 14 February 2025, were amended by the resolution of the shareholders of the Issuer, dated 5 March 2025 (hereinafter - the Final Terms), due to the oversubscription of the notes by increasing the aggregate nominal amount of the tranche 5 from up to EUR 5,500,000 to up to EUR 7,364,000, without making any other amendments.

Updated documents (Final Terms for Tranche 5 (new wording), the resolution of the shareholders of the Issuer (amendment), prospectus summaries in relevant languages) are published on the Issuer's website https://bc-hero.lt/en/bonds/.
