As communicated separately, a sister company to First Camp Group is acquiring 100% of the shares in Apukka Resort, a leading player in the tourism industry in Finnish Lapland. The acquiring company is outside of First Camp Group AB and its subsidiaries. Therefore, bondholders in First Camp Group AB are not directly affected by this transaction.
Apukka Resort, located just outside Rovaniemi, has an annual turnover of approximately 22 million EUR and the business includes 116 cabins and glass igloos. Winter tourism in Rovaniemi is experiencing strong growth, and there are currently over 40 direct flight routes to and from Rovaniemi.
Closing is expected to take place during the second quarter of 2025.
