Akciju Sabiedrība "ELKO Grupa" informs that as of September 22, 2022, the following changes in the composition of the Council become effective:

Kaspars Viškints, co-founder of ELKO Group, resigned as a council member. He remains an important shareholder of ELKO Grupa and will advise the company's management when necessary;

re-elected for a term of 3 (three) years: chairman of council Andris Putāns, deputy chairman of council Edgars Kvālis and council member Ēriks Strods.

Annija Reskaja was appointed as a council member.
