Nasdaq Tallinn decided on April 1, 2026 to apply an additional reason for applied observation status to Tuul Mobility OÜ bonds (TUUL100027FA, ISIN: EE3300002559) based on the section 40.2.2.3. of First North Rules.
Observation status will be supplemented due to the fact that Tuul Mobility has not published its interim 6-month financial report for 2025H2 within 3 months from the end of the reporting period
The observation statuses applied to the company on October 1, 2024 and March 27, 2026 are still in force.
