The Management Board of Nasdaq Tallinn decided on November 24, 2025, to approve the application of Hepsor AS and to list its up to 20,000 unsecured bonds with nominal value of EUR 1,000 under the bond programme.
In the first series of the programme 8,000 unsecured bonds will be listed and admitted to trading (Hepsor unsecured bond 25-2028, ISIN code: EE0000002749) on Baltic Bond List.
The first trading day of Hepsor AS aforementioned bonds will be November 27, 2025 or on a date close to it.
